Temper
Per incrementare le prestazioni e la durabilità dei componenti sinterizzati, DL Sintered Srl esegue una vasta gamma di trattamenti superficiali mirati a migliorare la resistenza chimica, meccanica e termica dei particolari meccanici.
Tra questi, la tempra rappresenta uno dei processi principali: un trattamento termico superficiale che aumenta la durezza del metallo e la resistenza all’usura e all’abrasione.
Inoltre, DL Sintered offre trattamenti termochimici in atmosfera controllata, come quelli a base di azoto e miscele di gas, che conferiscono ai pezzi sinterizzati una maggiore protezione contro la corrosione e gli agenti esterni aggressivi.
Surface treatments
Similar to the tempering treatment, DL Sintered Srl offers a wide range of metal surface treatments and finishes, designed to give sintered components additional properties that cannot be obtained through the sintering process alone.
The aim of these treatments is to increase the hardness and mechanical strength of the parts, improving their resistance to pressure, corrosion and wear.
Some interventions also involve filling the microcavities with liquid metals or alloys, in order to increase the density and enhance the structural performance of the components.
