Thanks to its consolidated experience in metal sintering, the company produces porous metal filters in stainless steel, bronze, and stainless steel, materials chosen for their high mechanical, chemical, and thermal resistance.

Each DL Sintered filter is designed with flexible design and complex shapes, suitable for specific mountings and multiple industrial applications.

Characteristics of sintered stainless steel filters

Filtering efficiency

Depending on the composition of the metal powders and the degree of porosity achieved during sintering, sintered stainless steel filters achieve a filtering efficiency between 0.02 μm and 270 μm, ensuring consistent performance even in complex industrial applications.

Chemical resistance

Sintered stainless steel metal filters effectively resist corrosion caused by chemical agents, both in liquid and gaseous phase, maintaining their performance unchanged over time even in aggressive environments.

Thermal resistance

Thanks to their compact structure and quality materials, sintered filters maintain stability and integrity even at high temperatures and under high pressure, without deformation or mechanical degradation.

Mechanical resistance
