   1. Processing of data collected while using www.dlsintered.com takes place at the registered office of the Company at Via Giovanni Pascoli 1 24050 Cortenuova BG. 
   2. In case of need the data relevant to newsletter service can be treated by the data controller or any other subjects appointed for this purpose in the indicated site.

5. Likewise, in case of violation of the law, users have the right to propose their complaint to the Guarantor for personal data protection, that is the authority in charge of control in Italy.

VI – DATA TRANSFER TO EXTRA EU COUNTRIES

1. This website might share some data collected with services located outside European Union. Particularly with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugin and the service Google Analytics. This transfer is authorised and strictly ruled by article 45, paragraph 1 of Regulation EU 2016/679, for which no further consent is required. The above-mentioned companies assure their membership to Privacy Shield. 
2. Data not abiding to article 45 and following of Regulation EU will never be transferred to Third Countries. 

VII. SAFETY OF SUPPLIED DATA
